Winter Date Ideas

When there's snow on the ground, winter date ideas are the perfect way to enjoy it! The best part? Many of these ideas are cheap or free!

Free Ideas

• Build a Snowman together
• Go Tobogganing
• Take a Snow Walk
• Have a Snowball Fight
• Build a Fort
• Go to the Beach and have a Winter Fire. Pack a small picnic, roast marshmallows, or make s'mores and snuggle under some warm quilts.
• Ice Skating on an outdoor rink. Much more romantic than indoor rinks! (Only free if you already own skates, but rentals aren't too expensive)

Dates you have to pay for

• Go on a Carriage Ride at night. Snuggle under a blanket and stay warm while looking at the stars.

• Go on a horse-drawn sleigh ride
• Downhill Skiing- try it at night if you can find a hill that's open after sunset.
• Cross-country skiing
• Rent a Snowmobile for the day. Pack a lunch and ride the trails. Take turns driving.
