Fast, easy orange smoothie recipe. This healthy smoothie recipe is a great way to begin your day!
What you will need:
2 cups orange juice
2 cups of ice
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup cream
1 Tbsp orange zest
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 orange, peeled & sectioned (optional) for garnish
Preparation:
Combine everything but the peeled, sectioned orange in a blender and process on high until smooth and frothy.
Pour into tall glasses.
Garnish each glass with an orange slice, and serve immediately.
* Adults Only: Add some chilled vodka; making this a wonderful cocktail for brunch!

Mandarin Orange Smoothie
1 small orange and 2 mandarin oranges, peeled, with seeds removed
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 Tbsp honey or agave nectar
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of orange juice
OR
1/2 cup of milk and omit the orange just listed above
Using a blender or immersion hand blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a large glass and serve. This can be kept refrigerated for a few hours, so you can mix it up before breakfast and have it ready to serve when needed.
