This healthy smoothie recipe is made with fresh kiwi, a bit of orange juice and some yogurt. With just 5 ingredients to mix up, this smoothie makes a quick snack, breakfast, or pick-me-up at any time of day!
Kiwi Smoothie
What you will need:
2 kiwi fruit
1/2 cup orange juice
1 banana
1/2 cup sweetened yogurt
Sugar to taste
Preparation:
Peel and chop kiwi and banana.
Place in a blender or food processor and add the yogurt, orange juice and sugar.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses, add ice if you'd like, and serve.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie
What you'll need:
1 fresh banana, broken into chunks
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup milk
1/8 to 1/4 cup yogurt, cherry and vanilla both work well
honey or agave nectar to taste
cinnamon to taste
2 Tbsp ground flax, optional
Using a blender, or immersion hand blender, mix all the ingredients until smooth. Pour smoothie into a tall glass and enjoy!

Peachy Banana Strawberry Smoothie
1/2 cup frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
2 cups milk
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp honey OR agave nectar
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
