Homemade Crunchy GranolaThe easiest and best tasting healthy granola recipe on the net! Simple and quick to make. ~As an easy brunch recipe, serve with Banana Bread and Fruit Salad~ What you will need: - 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut

- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Preparation: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spread mixture on a cookie sheet. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
