Homemade Crunchy Granola

The easiest and best tasting healthy granola recipe on the net!

Simple and quick to make.

~As an easy brunch recipe, serve with Banana Bread and Fruit Salad~

What you will need:

  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut

pile of rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Spread mixture on a cookie sheet.

Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

*Also good on homemade applesauce.
