Banana Smoothie Recipe

Banana Smoothies

This banana smoothie recipe is one of the best banana smoothies we've tasted. Try it with Almond butter, for some added protein and flavour.

What you will need:

  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 banana’s roughly chopped
  • ½ natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp almond butter, optional

Preparation:

Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into two tall glasses and enjoy!
